Scale of pay: Rs 30000/- to Rs 110000/-, Grade Pay Rs 12700/-

Educational Qualification: Candidates must be a BE/ BTech in respective branch of Engineering from any institute recognised by AICTE.

2. Junior Engineer (Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical / Chemical)

No of posts: 264 posts

Branch-wise vacancy:

  • Civil: 212 posts
  • Mechanical: 26 posts
  • Electrical: 13 posts
  • Chemical: 13 post

Scale of pay: Rs 14000/- to Rs 70000/-, Grade Pay Rs 8700/-

Educational Qualification: Candidates must have 3 years Diploma in respective branch of Engineering from any institute recognised by AICTE

Eligibility Criteria

Age: The candidates should not be less than 18 years of age and not more than 38 years of age as on 01/01/2023

The upper age limit is relaxable:

The category-wise age relaxation is as mentioned below.

  • SC: 5 years
  • ST: 5 years
  • OBC/ MOBC: 3 years
  • PwBD: 10 years

Other Criteria:

The candidate must be a permanent resident of Assam.
(i) The candidate must produce PRC issued in Assam for educational purpose as proof of residency.
